Hours

July and August

In July and August, the handing over of keys will take place on Saturday from 5 pm to 8 pm, at the reception office (“bureau d’accueil”) located at 123 rue Frédéric Bastiat, 40600 BISCARROSSE-PLAGE.

For any request for an arrival outside office hours, please contact us beforehand at +33 (0)5.58.78.33.96.

  • Early Check-in possible: from 1 pm on request 7 days before arrival. Conditions and prices at reception.

  • After 8 pm and without prior request, the keys will be handed over the next day during office hours: Sunday 9 am – Midday.

September to June

From September to June, the keys will be handed over on the date and time listed on your rental contract or Saturday from 5 pm to 7 pm, in our main office located at 123 rue Frédéric Bastiat – 40600 BISCARROSSE-PLAGE.

  • In the event of arrival outside these hours, the keys will only be handed over on the next business day, during the reception desk hours without any compensation to the tenants.

    Off-season: €7/person (in accommodation or takeaway, industrial pastries)

  • Bread delivery only in July/August, by reservation the day before: breads, pastries, etc. (prices available on site)
